Withdraw from purchase

Use this form to tell us you are withdrawing from your Nexus purchase. No reason or account login is needed. For cancellation of future renewals only, use Manage subscription.

We will email an acknowledgement to the address you provide. Refunds are handled separately. You can also send your notice to nexus.lab.core@gmail.com.

We will send your withdrawal details and the date and time received to this address.

Enter a receipt reference, or your purchase email address, monthly or annual plan, and approximate purchase date. Please do not include card details or passwords.
