Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use Nexus, purchase a subscription, visit our website or contact us.

1. Purchases and support

When you subscribe, Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, billing address and payment details. We receive contact details and purchase records, including amounts, tax, payment status and subscription references. Required checkout fields must be completed to subscribe. A business name is optional.

When you contact us, we receive your email address, message and attachments. Withdrawal submissions include your name, email, purchase details and notice, together with submission timestamps and technical request information.

We use this information to provide access, manage your subscription and handle contractual support under our agreement with you. We process statutory withdrawal requests and retain accounting and tax records to meet legal obligations. We also process information where necessary for our legitimate interests in answering other enquiries, preventing abuse and resolving disputes.

2. Website and app

Cloudflare processes IP addresses, browser details and other technical request information to deliver and protect our website. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. We do not use website analytics or advertising trackers.

Nexus does not automatically send usage data, crash reports, code or prompts to servers we control. Information shared through the Codex or Claude connections you choose is processed under those providers’ own privacy notices.

3. Service providers

We use Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Cloudflare for website hosting, Formspree for withdrawal submissions and Google Gmail for correspondence. Stripe also processes data for its own payment, fraud prevention and legal purposes.

These providers may process information outside the EU and EEA, including in the United States. Their privacy notices describe their international processing. Contact us for information about the transfer arrangements and safeguards applicable to your data.

4. Data retention

We keep subscription and delivery records while needed to provide your subscription, and support and withdrawal correspondence while needed to resolve requests and related claims.

Accounting records are retained for seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year ended. We delete other information when it is no longer needed for the purposes above, unless a legal retention duty applies.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or a portable copy, where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Use the contact details below to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
