1. Licence and use

Nexus is desktop software for macOS. Each subscription covers one user and includes updates and email support during the paid subscription period. Supported system requirements and included features are described on our website before purchase.

We grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable licence to use Nexus for your personal or internal business purposes while your subscription is active. You may not resell or sublicense Nexus, share your subscription, use it unlawfully, or bypass licence restrictions. Rights granted by applicable law or third party software licences are unaffected.

Nexus and its intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. You retain any rights you have in your code, prompts and project files.

2. Third party services

Nexus works with tools such as Codex and Claude Code. You are responsible for obtaining access to those tools. Their subscriptions and usage charges are not included in the Nexus subscription, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

You are responsible for the permissions you give connected tools and for reviewing and testing generated code and actions before relying on them.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. The price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval and any discount conditions are shown before you confirm your purchase. An introductory discount applies only for the period stated in the offer; the subsequent renewal price is disclosed at checkout.

Your billing period starts when your first payment is completed. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically for the same billing interval and the renewal payment is charged to your payment method through Stripe.

For annual subscriptions, we will email a renewal reminder at least one month before the cancellation deadline.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel renewal through Manage subscription or by contacting us. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Refunds and withdrawal

14 day money back guarantee. You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment, whether or not you have used Nexus. No reason is required. Email us with the address used at checkout and, if available, your receipt reference. This guarantee applies to the first payment only.

Consumer withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from the subscription agreement within 14 days after entering into it. Downloading or using Nexus does not waive this right.

You can withdraw through Withdraw from purchase, by email or by post using the contact details below. You may use our withdrawal form, but it is not required. Any clear notice given before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient. For online withdrawals, we will promptly email an acknowledgement containing your notice and the date and time it was received.

Refunds under this section will be issued without undue delay and within 14 days of your request or withdrawal notice, using the original payment method and without a refund fee. The refunded subscription is cancelled and your licence ends.

6. Product support and your rights

We will provide Nexus as described at purchase and supply updates required by law. Contact us if delivery is delayed or the software is faulty or not as described.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights, including rights to correction of faults, a price reduction, termination or compensation where available under applicable law.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for new subscriptions. Changes do not apply to an existing subscription unless agreed with you.
